But I will insist that every adult, no matter how unfortunate a childhood he had or how habit-ridden he may be, is free to make choices about life. If we are not free, if we are bound by circumstances and experiences, then we are no different from the animal who is bound by instinct.

The more insecure a person is about who they are, the more their ego is on display as it works to reconcile the fear- filled thoughts. Manic swings in mood and volatility in general are a constant by-product of this thought pattern.

The pathology that humanity seems to be suffering from is robot pathology. We have beome robots, have become unaware and that leads to become mechanical and so we have become unhappy. " The Bishop was very happy with a Father for his excellent missionary work. He called the Father and said, I am very happy with your missionary work, and as a token of my love i am going to give you a very beautiful Arabian horse, which i have loved, so that it may help you in carry out your missionary work. But there is only one condition that you should be aware of....the horse only knows two words-'Hallelujah' and 'O God'. Being tamed by a Bishop, it has become very religious. so if you want to make it run utter 'O God' and if you want to make it stop, you have to say 'Hallelujah'. The father sat on the beautiful Arabian horse and said, 'O God', the horse started galloping at greater speed. And as he said 'o God' again and again, it ran faster and faster. While the father was enjoying the ride, suddenly he realised that the horse was heading towards the brink of a cliff. Now he wanted to stop the horse and said,'stop,stop! The horse did not stop. Then he remembered to say,'Hallelujah' and immediately, the horse stopped right at the edge. One moment later they would have plunged to their deaths. And then he looked at the valley and said, "O God"! You saved me". No sooner had he uttered this, the horse started galloping....so uttering O God was mechanical act and not one that was thought out.

Intuition is something which cannot be easily accessed. Until and unless one get rid of thoughts coming from approval-seeking lifestyle  or emotional thoughts or reactive thoughts  , one will not be able to differentiate between intuition or thoughts just arising from surface. The key to intutiton lies in knowing how to learn  to relax during boredom and stress. Calm and relax mind have greater access to inner voice.

If you are down on yourself, full of regrets and remorse, you  inhibit the flow of good toward you. You are simply using the power of omnipresence/Infinite against yourself. Remember that the infinite and absolute cannot punish you. You punish yourself through your destructive thinking- through your misuse of law. Instead , put your faith in the One power-God, that gives you life, breath and all things.

It may appear that we are plagued with numerous difficulties and distresses, but there's actually only one fundamental disorder: a sense of separation from the universal, original source of all-the "father" that we have named God. Once we understand that there's no separation from God, our other problems become manageable and our fear begins to fade as darkness before the dawn. As the adage says: "when the pupil is ready, the teacher appears". The messenger arrives in many forms: as a teacher, book, lecture, or physician- or even as an apparently "stray" comment. You are an important part of God's creation. God doesn't play favorites or choose one person over another. God can only love everyone equally, and God is within you, willing to do good. Understanding the law of mind is the key to fulfilling life, because through your beliefs, you create your future. This is the essence of many religions: "Ask,and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you".

If we practice present moment awareness, then the imaginary obstacles- which are more than 90 percent of the obstacles- disappear. The remaining obstacles can be transformed into opportunities through one pointed intention. This means holding our attention to the intended outcome with such unbending purpose that we refuse to allow obstacles to consume our attention, or to dissipate the focussed quality of our attention. This is the power of focussed intention and detachment simultaneously.

The memory of God comes to the quiet mind.
It cannot come where there is conflict;
for a mind at war against itself remembers not eternal gentleness;
What you remember is part of you,
For you must be as God created you;
Let all this madness be undone for you, and turn in peace to the remembrance of God, still shining in your quiet mind.

A soulmate is someone who has locks that fit our keys, and keys to fit our locks. When we feel safe enough to open the locks, our truest selves step out and we can be completely and honestly who we are; we can be loved for who we are and not for who we are pretending to be. Each unveils the best part of the other. No matter what else goes wrong around us, with that one person we are safe in our own paradise...When we are two balloons, and together our direction is up, chances are we have found the right person. Our soulmate is the one who makes life come to life.

Relinquish the need to defend your point of view. In defenselessness, you remain open to all points of view, not rigidly attached to one of them.  This means relinquishing the need to convince others of your point of view. By doing this, you gain access to enormous amounts of energy that have previously been wasted.

When all is lost,
a miracle occurs,
and life begins.  ( by Danielle Steel)
There is a reson for everything that happens in your life and resisting "what is" brings you no closer to understanding that purpose. Your life and your experience of it are in your hands. If you are intent upon understanding how to be an active and conscious creator of your life rather than an unconscious reactor and resistor to your life's events, you must uncover the reasons that lie behind your resistance to change. There is a distinct purpose for each person and each situation that gets presented in your life.

In order to know more, do more, and be more, we must have more. We must have things to use because we learn and do and become only by using things. You are to become a creator, not a competitor. You are going to get what you want, but in such a way that when you get it every other person will have more than he has now. Get rid of the idea that God wants you to sacrifice yourself for others, that you can secure his favor by doing so. God requires nothing of the kind. What he wants is that you should make most of yourself- for yourself, and for others. And, you can help others more by making the most of yourself than in any other way.

Many people suffer because the memory of suffering in the past and the fear of suffering more in the future prevent the faithful action that would bring love, acceptance, and healing to them now. The great irony of fear is that it contributes to the conditions necessary to experience what is feared.

   Treasure the roller-coaster thrill that life has to offer. Keep turning the page. Life is full of surprise every day

 At the age of 17, Sidney Sheldon tried to commit suicide. Below words are from his father Otto, when he saw sidney having handful of sleeping pills.....
It's your life. You can do anything you want with it. If you are not in too big a hurry, why don't we go for a little walk. Every day is a different page, Sidney, and they can be full of surprises. You will never know what's next until you turn the page. I would hate to see you close the book too soon and miss all the excitement that could happen to you on the next page.

During his incredible career with great success as novelist,  this is what he said on his 88th Bday:-
I am very grateful for few of my experiences. I am grateful to Otto, who convinced me to keep turning the pages during tough time. I love to write, and I am lucky to be working at something that I care about. I believe that no one can take credit for whatever talent they may have. Talent is a gift, whether it's for painting or music or writing, and we should be grateful for whatever talent we have been given, and work hard at it. What I enjoy most is the actual process of writing.

"The real purpose of teachers, books, and teachings is to lead us back to the kingdom of God within ourselves" ( Joel Goldsmith)
Lecturing or demanding that others live peacefully is one of the least effective ways to inspire them; however, when we simply demonstrate that we are living peacefully, we offer other people a large dose of inspiration by our mere presence.( Wayne W Dyer)
